Medical Supplies Donation Program
NHCO partners with various companies to collect their unused and/or expired medical supplies to support medical schools nationwide and to reduce waste. Your contribution plays a vital role in helping students gain hands-on experience in classrooms while ensuring unused supplies are put to valuable use in educational settings.
For your convenience, we provide shipping labels, allowing you to ship supplies at no cost. Please review the process outlined below and select the “Make a Donation” button to request labels and continue or begin your donations!
Preparing Your Donation Shipments
Once you receive your shipping labels, please complete the following steps
Step 1
Remove or darken any confidential information from donated items.
Step 2
Remove items from medical kits or baggies and send only supplies.
Step 3
Pack supplies into a sturdy small, medium, or large box. NO OVERSIZED BOXES.
Step 4
Label your box with company name, contact person, address, and phone number.
Step 5
Affix one unique label per box. Do not copy labels – duplicates will not be accepted by FedEx.
Step 6
Drop off at FedEx or include with your regular pick-up. Do not send any supplies directly to schools.
